Francesca is an Italian ashtangini and runs classes at her wonderful shala in Brussels, Belgium. She's a dedicated student of Nancy Gilgoff so we're singing from the same hymn sheet. Over the last few years I've kept bumping into Francesca all over Europe and recently she asked me to run a workshop in Brussels which is due to take place between 30th March - 1st April 2012.
